Holy Pete, it has been a long time!!!!!

I hadn't realized that I had procrastinated this long on updating the blog. Sorry to any of our faithful friends who do still check to see if we've updated!
We moved on May 1st back to our old house. *Sniff* It is kind of cool to be back in the same house as I know every nook and cranny; but I will miss that fresh, salt air and the wonderful friends and family that we have down-island.
I was pretty depressed about it all until we arrived here at the house. My good friend, Marnie, showed up with dinner and took the kids back to her house so we could paint and unpack sans children. The next day, another good friend, Erin, came by with two of her kiddos and helped unpack and entertain our 'ankle-biters' (in Briar's case, I mean that literally).
Jeff was home for three days after the move but has since returned to work. I am glad he was home this time for the move but we also had a hgue amount of help from friend's Mike, Robo, Nathan, Sheila, Finnegan, Mary-jo and of course, my mom.
Olivia is really missing her little buddy, Angus. I don't think she understands just how far it is. She wanted to go to Angus' house today to play. I tried to explain that it was a long trip in the car. She replied that she promised to sit quietly in the back of the car until we got there. I must say that Jeff and I miss Angus a lot too. He was like another little family member....I cried the hardest when saying good-bye to that little boy.
Briar is doing well. He's got a cold but stands by himslef and takes the occasional step on his own. It depends on the day and if the wind moves him that way. He has such a happy disposition. He is still adjusting to the change of scenery and wants to be held A LOT. It probably moving and seperation anxiety.
Olivia is quite happy to be back at the 'old/new house'. The previous people didn't even paint her room so her pink flowers were still up on the wall. She does miss her swing-set, however, and tells me that the girls who have it are 'naughty' for not giving it back.
Since we are living back in our previous digs, address changes have been a breeze...a bit odd, but easy.
Oh, the baby is crying. Must go. I'll post pictures tomorrow....I promise!!!!
