I've put my back out. Not really sure if that is what the term is for this predicament but it is what it feels like. I can't turn, bend or even crush garlic with the flat of a knife. It feels a bit better after my surprise visit to the chiropractor (in that I can now life both arms - not just my right one, higher than my waist).
My sister came to the rescue to pick up the kids and drop them off at Marnie's....after getting em dressed. I don't think I have been dressed by anyone since I was about 2. Odd experience. Glad it was my sister.
Robo took me to the chiro appointment. I feel like every time he's visiting, something falls apart around here. Poor guy. I don't know what I'd do without him at times. It feels so good to talk to him about Jeff and the kids. He was one of Jeff's best friends and he always came home with Jeff when they weren't fishing. It's a little bit of normal. A little bit of consistency for the kids.
